At Culture Setting we are committed to quality and professional ethics in Coaching and as a team.
We govern our activity in the Coaching area by reference to the ICF (International Coach Federation) competency model and code of conduct. All Coaching sessions are guided by an ICF recommended process, set of practices and tools.
Coaching supervision is good practice and aims at regular reflection by coaches about their professional practice. The Coaching team at Culture Setting is regularly accompanied by a coaching supervisor (MCC level and certified under supervision), where they find a space for reflection and distance to question and practice their practice, with a view to expanding the quality of practice. professional.
The purpose of supervision is to help the coach to be permanently vigilant, to be challenged in his beliefs and perspectives, and to gain new insights into specific cases he wants to present in supervision anonymously.
