Strategic and Operational Leadership Programmes

Strategic and Operational Leadership Programmes break down organisational barriers because they are based on the principle of collaborative leadership between all participants.
All the programmes are required to address the business’ real challenges, with impact on the business and on the value chain, and have the sponsorship of the administration:

1. Leading Globally is aimed at preparing emerging and/or HiPOs to manage and lead business challenges in a global context.

2. Fast Results Delivery (FRD) is aimed at operational leaders, supporting them in the implementation of the company’s real projects, solutions and processes. It promotes collaboration, discipline in execution and speed.

3. Labs Envisioning, Strategising, Implementing aimed at creating collective leadership on the front lines. It promotes alignment between the organisational purpose, intent, strategy and focus.

Each of the Programmes promotes the development of leadership and management skills and, in parallel, collaborative leadership applied to real problems and challenges.
