|This is the process most often used by traditional consulting firms. The information is collected externally and internally, the development of the solution is external (outside), executed by consultants and then presented as a recommendation in the form of a report. Implementation is normally difficult or dispersed, as there is a very large gap between Thinking and building the Solution and Implementing it.|
|ORGANISATION AND PROCESS DOES NOT USE THE OUT-OUTSIDESIDE-OUT PROCESS|
|This is the most evolved process and the most efficient in terms of consulting. The main difference is in HOW the solution is developed and WHO is involved in this process. In this process, the solution is jointly created with the customer (Inside), by promoting or engaging all the stakeholders. In this way, the implementation occurs as a normal continuation of the thinking and solution process. The documentation generated automatically becomes internal documentation.|
